I’m Kelly Konno, the creator & choreographer of these fun, calorie burnin’, groovin’, funky, exhilarating 1 hour dance cardio classes.
I’m ecstatic to share my knowledge of dance with everyone. These dance classes are suitable to anyone who enjoys dancing & listening to great music… male, female, young & old. NO DANCE EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED! If you like good music, moving your body to the beat, burning calories while getting a full body workout & sweating, then these are the classes for you! Each week we will touch on a variety of styles ranging from street jazz, hip hop, tap, jazz, ballet & contemporary. I look forward to dancing with you!

4 Class Pass = $74.00 (Includes G.S.T.)

L1 (Beginner) – Open to students who have not previously taken dance cardio classes with Kelly Konno. This class is suitable for those new to dance. Returning students also welcome!
L1/2 – (Beginner / Intermediate) – This class will move slightly faster than L1.
L2 (Intermediate) – Open to students who have previously taken dance cardio classes with Kelly Konno
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING TO CLASS
NO OUTDOOR SHOES ALLOWED IN STUDIO. Workout Attire & Indoor Sneakers. Water Bottle. Please bring sweat towel. Yoga Mat for core workout/song (optional).
